• ISO20252 • We are very proud to be able to say that Phoenix MRC was amongst the first agencies to achieve the prestigious MRQSA quality control mark with International Standard ISO20252 accreditation. The Phoenix MRC research team achieved ISO20252, the International Standard for market research, in 2008. Accreditation confirms the quality of our market research work. As you may be aware this incorporates full IQCS field standards but our rating goes on to cover every aspect of operating behaviour from relationships with staff, data procedures, reporting, relationships with clients and so on. The superseded BS7911 was the first British Standard in the service sector and the UK was the first country in the EU to establish standardised accreditation for research businesses.
